We process orders within 1–3 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. holidays).
If you place your order after 5:00 PM EST, we’ll begin processing it the next business day.
Once your order is ready, we will send a confirmation email.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
All orders ship from our U.S. warehouse.
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after processing.
However, external factors like weather or carrier delays may affect timelines.
3. Shipping Fees
We provide free shipping on all orders—no minimum required.
This ensures simple and upfront pricing for every customer.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to follow your package on the carrier’s website.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days, please contact our support team.
5. Changing or Canceling an Order
If you need to cancel or change your order, reach out to us right after placing it.
Once the item has shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.
Still, you may request a return following our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Shipping Coverage
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.
