1. Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 28 days from the date you received your order if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • The item is not marked as final sale or labeled non-returnable

To initiate a return, please email us at support@dowmano.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective or malfunctioning
  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

Please contact us within 28 days from the date you received your order. We will gladly arrange a:

  • Replacement
  • Exchange, or
  • Full refund,

at no additional cost.

Please include clear photographs of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue promptly.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Dowmano will cover the return shipping.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item is safely returned. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–8 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or card provider.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error by Dowmano.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible products, based on availability.

To request an exchange, email support@dowmano.com with your order number and product details. We’ll confirm availability and provide next steps.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet shipped.

  • To cancel, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but may still be returned in accordance with this policy.
