Cancellation Policy

At Dowmano, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains how to cancel an order, what to do if you change your mind after receiving an item, and how we manage incorrect order details.


1. Order Processing

We process all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. public holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible at support@dowmano.com.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet: We will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • If your order has been shipped: You will not be able to cancel your order. However, you can still return the product within 28 days of receipt according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

3. Changed Your Mind?

If you want to return a product after receiving it:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • You need to request the return within 28 days of receiving your order.
  • We’ll inspect the item after receiving it. If approved, we’ll issue a refund.
  • Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless we made a mistake.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Information

Always double-check your shipping and contact details before submitting your order.

  • If we detect any missing or incorrect information, we will contact you.
  • If we can’t reach you, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Refund Timeline

If your cancellation or return is approved:

  • We’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • It usually takes 5–8 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
