Ordering

1. How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy:

  • Browse our site and add your desired items to the cart
  • Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and billing details
  • Choose a payment method and complete your purchase securely

All transactions are encrypted to protect your information.


2. Can I change or cancel my order?

  • Yes, if your order has not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at support@dowmano.com
  • If your order has already shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. However, you can return the item per our Return & Refund Policy

3. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to follow your shipment via the carrier’s website.


Shipping

1. What is the estimated shipping time?

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Delivery typically occurs within 3–7 business days in the U.S.

2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
We are working on expanding our shipping coverage in the future.


3. Is there a shipping fee?
Yes. A flat rate of $5.75 applies to all U.S. orders.
This fee covers packaging, handling, and standard delivery.

Returns & Refunds

1. What is your return policy?

  • You can return eligible items within 28 days of receipt
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • To initiate a return, email us at support@dowmano.com

2. What if my item is damaged or defective?
Please contact us immediately at support@dowmano.com if you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • The wrong item

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


3. How long does it take to get a refund?

  • Once we receive and approve your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–8 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your payment provider
