  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

  • Once processed, orders are shipped from our U.S.-based warehouse.
  • Estimated delivery time within the United States: 3 to 7 business days.
  • Note: These are estimated timelines and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events.

3. Shipping Fees

  • A flat shipping fee of $5.75 applies to all domestic orders.
  • This fee includes standard packaging, handling, and delivery costs.
  • No additional shipping charges will be added during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor your shipment status.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • To modify or cancel an order, contact our support team as soon as possible after placing the order.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  • If you wish to return an item after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship only within the United States.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.
